Blue Cheese and Smoked Almond Stuffed Dates
Ingredients
24 medjool dates
10 ounces of blue cheese
24 Blue Diamond Almonds Smokehouse Almonds
Directions
- Cut a slit lengthwise in the medjool dates and remove the seed.
- Stuff each date with some of the blue cheese and top the stuffer date with an almond pressing lightly into the cheese.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
