Blue Cheese and Smoked Almond Stuffed Dates

Ingredients

24 medjool dates

10 ounces of blue cheese

24 Blue Diamond Almonds Smokehouse Almonds

Directions

  1. Cut a slit lengthwise in the medjool dates and remove the seed.
  2. Stuff each date with some of the blue cheese and top the stuffer date with an almond pressing lightly into the cheese.
  3. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
