An Evening Under the Stars
Among the Sculptures

Dr. Warren Frankel, owner of Sculpterra Winery and Frankel Family Ranch invites you to enjoy a gourmet dinner and Sculpterra wines among the sculptures under the stars. Sculpture artist John Jagger, will be screening his documentary of the building of many of the magnificent sculptures. The garden and sculptures will be gently lit, allowing the peaceful country night to magically come to life. Light music will complement the evening. Executive Chef Instructor Phil Riccomini and his staff and students will create a meal to be remembered.

APPETIZERS
Chilled smoked Diver Scallops with cauliflower puree

LOBSTER PROFITEROLES
Lobster bound with creamy sherry and sweet red peppers

SOUP
Sweet local yellow pepper bisque with crème fraiche & herbed goat cheese

SALAD
Chilled and grilled fresh local vegetable salad with sweet balsamic vinegarette and Sculpterra pistachios

ENTRÉE
Roasted herb crusted beef tenderloin with Sculpterra 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon reduction & wild mushroom demi-glace with Dauphinoise potatoes & grilled baby bok choy

DESSERT
Dense flourless chocolate cake with Sculpterra 2006 Zinfan del geleé and chocolate ganache pistachios and sculpted tuile

Saturday, May 17, 2008 from 1 to 5 p.m.

The third weekend in May is Paso Robles’ most celebrated wine event…the Paso Robles Wine Festival. This years Wine Festival will feature the new Artisan Alley. To find out more and to purchase tickets, visit www.pasowine.com. We hope to see you in the park on Saturday!

At the winery, Sculpterra Winery and Sculpture Garden will feature:

Friday: The Frankel Family invites you to the ranch, an incredible bronze and granite Sculpture Garden. Join us for an elegant five-course dinner paired with premium wines among the sculptures. 7:30 p.m. $100/per person.

Saturday: Sculpterra Winery sculpts the land, the vines and the grapes. Premium award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Blends, Zin, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Merlot and Chardonnay. Tasting room and gift shop.

Sunday: Experience and enjoy art, wine and good company in a peaceful oak studded mature vineyard among amazing sculpture. Picnicking encouraged in this breath of fresh air. Try our newly released 2006 Cab!
